Jason’s family have been farming and selling at local farmers markets since his great grandparents started in the late 1800's and Stephanie came from a family of garden farmer's who had roadside stands. We started raising livestock when we farmed full time, mainly cattle and sheep, we still have a few head of cattle but have transitioned into mainly raising heritage breeds of hogs for fresh quality meat. Our farm uses Eco-Organic practices. We use compost made from our livestock as fertilizer and avoid using pesticides or herbicides on our crops. We raise our livestock in, indoor/outdoor facilities where the animals are free to come and go as they please.
