Deposit for a Quarter side of Beef. When ordering you will be scheduled for the next available butcher date. Average price is roughly $1200 per quarter, this includes processing cost. All prices are dependent on weight at butchering. You will get a mix of steaks, hamburger, roasts, ribs, brisket, soup bones and stew meat. Beef ages for 21 days at the butcher and pick up will be here on our farm. 

Deposit for a Half side of Beef. When ordering you will be scheduled for the next available butcher date. Average price is roughly $2400 per half, this includes processing cost. All prices are dependent on weight at butchering. You will get a mix of steaks, hamburger, roasts, ribs, brisket, soup bones and stew meat. Beef ages for 21 days at the butcher and pick up will be here on our farm.

Deposit for a Whole Beef. When ordering you will be scheduled for the next available butcher date. Average price is roughly $4800 per whole beef, this includes processing cost.
